The Public Law program combines disciplines that allow you to see the law in action - in constitutional institutions, in international treaties, in democratic processes and in judicial practice.
It is based on Elena Lukyanova's course "Democracy and its Components", which examines the elements that make up a democratic system: from the rule of law and human rights to the mechanisms of representation and participation. The course sets the framework for the entire program, offering an interdisciplinary view - at the intersection of law, political science and sociology.
Further modules cover the topics of constitutional justice, the interaction of national and international law, regulation of public authority, as well as strategic court cases as a tool for protecting rights and freedoms.
Particular attention is paid to practical aspects: case studies, analysis of law enforcement practice and the development of skills in working with regulatory sources. The training format combines lectures, seminars and project work, where participants can explore specific problems and propose legal solutions.
The program is designed for those who want not only to understand how public law works, but also to learn how to apply this knowledge to protect the interests of society and individuals.
