Climate compass

The future doesn't come suddenly - it's made up of signs we learn to notice. And how we read those signs changes history itself.

Anastasia Shtelmane's course is about how to read these signs. Climate anxiety has long ceased to be something external: it slips into headlines, into conversations, into the feeling of uncertainty with which we wake up in the morning. But if you look closely, anxiety can become a navigator - a way to detect hidden connections between events and our own choices.

The Climate Compass does not offer ready-made recipes. Rather, it creates a space for reflection and practice, where psychology, ecology and the art of communication meet on equal terms. Here you can see how the language of the media shapes our perception of the crisis, how internal defenses turn into barriers, and how behind them the opportunity to speak opens up - calmly, clearly, to the point.

This is a course about attentiveness: to your own reactions, to the words we share, to the scenarios of the future that we ourselves help to build.
